PROJECT COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)

Salary: R 195 180.00 p.a. all inclusive

Minimum requirements: ·An appropriate recognized National Diploma ·Relevant project management experience of two (2) years ·Teaching qualification, experience and knowledge of the TVET sector will be advantageous ·A qualification as an assessor will be an advantage ·Be knowledgeable with CHIETA QALA processes and policies and also have knowledge of Chemical Operation (NQF Level 2 – 4) ·Computer literacy ·A valid driver’s licence.

Duties: ·Plan and implementation of projects ·Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements ·Resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or areas of progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary ·Manage project budget ·Facilitate the definition of service level agreements and customer requirements ·Advocate on behalf of learners/ stakeholders and represent their needs at campus management ·Work cross-functionality to solve problems and implement changes ·Learner/teaching staff inductions ·Liaise with employers for the work placement ·Engage in planning the roster/roll-out plan for the project and perform other related duties.

 

END-USER COMPUTING FACILITATOR X 13 (CONTRACT)

Salary: R 69 000.00 p.a. all inclusive

Minimum requirements: ·An appropriate recognized Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Computer Science/IT ·A professional qualification in Education will be advantageous ·One (1) year facilitation experience ·An assessor registered by MICT and registered moderator will be an advantage ·A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

Duties: ·Assist with the registrations of learners and learner induction procedures ·Plan of classroom work ·Prepare and deliver facilitation to learners as per work plan ·Manage own class attendance records, assessments and all other related duties ·Prepare and manage POE’s ·Report on monthly basis to the Coordinator/Project Manager on the prescribe format ·Liaise with learners and perform other related duties.

NB: Candidate will be expected to work on Saturdays and during school holidays until the end of the project.

 

END-USER COMPUTING ASSESSOR/MONITOR X 7 (CONTRACT)

Salary: R 69 000.00 p.a. all inclusive

Minimum requirements: ·An appropriate recognized Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Computer Science/IT ·A professional qualification in Education will be advantageous ·One (1) year facilitation experience ·An assessor registered by MICT and registered moderator will be an advantage ·A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

Duties: ·Conduct assessment of learner POE’s in class and at the workplace ·Monitor classes ·Monitor preparation of POE’s ·Report on monthly basis to the Coordinator/Project Manager on the prescribe format ·Liaise with Facilitator, Moderator and Coordinator/Project Manager and perform other related duties.

NB: Candidate will be expected to work on Saturdays and during school holidays until the end of the project.

  

END-USER COMPUTING MODERATOR X 1 (CONTRACT)

Salary: R 69 000.00 p.a. all inclusive

Minimum requirements: ·An appropriate recognized Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Computer Science/IT ·A professional qualification in Education will be advantageous ·One (1) year facilitation experience ·An assessor registered by MICT and registered moderator will be an advantage ·A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

Duties: ·Conduct pre-moderation of the learning material ·Conduct moderation of learner POE’s in class and at the workplace ·Preparation of POE’s for verification ·Report on monthly basis to the Coordinator/Project Manager on the prescribe format Liaise with Facilitator, Moderator and Coordinator/Project Manager and perform other related duties.

NB: Candidate will be expected to work on Saturdays and during school holidays until the end of the project.
